Order Cancellation & Refunds

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us immidietely. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

All of our scooters have a "No Questions Asked" 30 Day Return & Refund Policy. You will have 30 days after the scooter has been delivered to submit a Return/Refund Request. In order to qualify for a full refund, all scooters must be in NEW, UNUSED CONDITION and in the original packaging.

Any scooter that has been used or damaged by the customer does not qualify for a refund - please educate yourself on our scooters before committing to a purchase. Upon receiving the returned item, the scooter will be examined within 48 hours and the refund will be issued the same business day. Refunds will be sent to the original payment method and may take up to 5 business days to be reflected to your bank account.

Please Note: We do not have any control as to when the funds will be returned to your bank account - this is completely dependent on your bank. In our experience - most banks process & post the returned funds within 3 - 5 business days. Shipping fees for returned products are NON-REFUNDABLE and the buyer will be responsible for payment of shipping back the returned scooter

Warranty Information:

All scooters come with a 90 Day Parts Warranty that covers manufacturing defects. If a defect arises during the 90 Day warranty period, we will send you replacement parts as well as instructions to fix the scooter. The 90 Day warranty does NOT cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, water damage or normal wear and tear. If you find that your scooter is defective or not working as it should, please email or call us immediately so that we can resolve the issue.
